90° Elbow with One Press-Fit Connection and One Threaded Rp

Fitting made of stainless steel 316 (1.4401) – corrosion-resistant, ideal for potable water systems, heating systems, and installations in aggressive environments. Both connection sides are made of the same material grade, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion.

One connection is a SC-Contur press fitting, designed for installation on steel pipes with an outer diameter of 54 mm (DN 50 / 2 inch). The second connection is an internal metric thread Rp 2", enabling easy connection to valves, radiators, or other components with external threads.

Seal made of EPDM – an elastomer with high resistance to temperatures, chemicals, and aging. No additional sealing with tape or paste is required; its durability is confirmed by long-term tests in Sanpress systems.

The bend angle is exactly 90°, allowing smooth flow direction changes without creating unnecessary turbulence. The length of the press-fit connection is 89 mm, and the threaded connection is 55 mm, providing sufficient space for installation even in confined areas.

It does not include an air vent or drain valve – it is a pure pipeline component. Installation is performed using the standard press tool for the Sanpress Inox system. No welding, soldering, or threading is required – the connection is leak-tight immediately after pressing.

Compliant with the Polish approval ITB-KOT-2018/0740 edition 2, meaning it meets the requirements of Polish standards for water supply and heating installations. Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for most domestic and commercial systems.

Intended for use in stainless steel pipeline systems – not suitable for copper or plastic pipes.
