Universal 90° Stainless Steel 316 Elbow
The 90° arc-shaped transition element is ideal for water and cooling installations requiring high corrosion resistance and tightness at a diameter of 15 mm (3/4 "). Thanks to its one-piece construction, the connection combines a compression fitting with a metric thread, enabling quick assembly on one side and traditional screwing on the other – perfect for both the installer and the end user.
- Material – Stainless steel 316 (1.4401) ensures resistance to drinking water, chemicals, and high temperatures;
- Sealing – An EPDM rubber insert guarantees durable tightness even under frequent pressure cycles;
- Working pressure – Withstands up to 16 bar at 20 °C, making it suitable for high-pressure systems;
- Temperature range – From ‑25 °C to 110 °C, suitable for both cooling and heating installations;
- Compact dimensions – The connection length on the compression side is 48 mm, and on the threaded side 28 mm, facilitating pipe installation in tight spaces;
- System compatibility – The component is designed for system pipes (SC‑Contur), ensuring a uniform flow surface and minimizing the risk of sediment buildup.
Applications and Practical Benefits
The elbow is used in:
- sanitary installations in residential and public buildings,
- industrial cooling systems and air conditioning,
- drinking water and process water transport lines,
- gastronomic and pharmaceutical equipment requiring high hygienic standards.
Thanks to simple assembly (compression on one side, thread on the other), installation time can be reduced by up to half. The smooth internal surface eliminates flow turbulence, resulting in lower pressure losses and more efficient system performance.
Standards and Certificates
The product holds a KIWA certificate and meets industry standards for stainless steel components used in water and cooling installations. This ensures that installers can be confident the component fulfills all quality and safety criteria applicable in Poland and the European Union.
