90° Elbow with One Press-Fit Connection and One Threaded Connection

Fitting manufactured from stainless steel 316 (1.4401), ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments – ideal for potable water systems, heating systems, and industrial installations. Both connections, press-fit and threaded, are made from the same grade of steel, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion and ensuring the durability of the entire joint.

The press-fit connection is designed for pipes with an outer diameter of 18 mm, compatible with the Sanpress system. The threaded connection features a metric internal thread Rp 3/4", enabling easy connection to valves, radiators, or other components with external threads. No additional adapters are required – the connection is direct and leak-tight.

The seal is made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber), resistant to temperatures from -25°C to 110°C, and does not age under the influence of potable or hot water. It requires no maintenance and operates safely in circuits with low or high medium temperatures.

The elbow has a 90° angle and is one-piece – there are no welds or additional assembly components. This means fewer failure points, faster installation, and reduced risk of leakage. The length of the press-fit connection is 47 mm, and the threaded connection is 28 mm, allowing for comfortable adaptation to the installation space.

Designed for operation at a maximum pressure of 16 bar at 20°C, it meets the requirements of water supply and heating systems in residential and commercial construction. It is certified by KIWA and complies with standards for leak detection systems.

It does not include an air vent or drain valve – this is a pure transition elbow without unnecessary extras. Everything you need: a solid connection, corrosion resistance, and simple installation.
