90° Elbow with Press and Rp Thread

Fitting manufactured from stainless steel 316 (1.4401), designed for permanent installation in Sanpress systems. Both connections — press and threaded — are made from the same material grade, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion and ensuring uniform resistance to water, salt, and chemicals.

The press connection fits pipes with an outer diameter of 22 mm, while the internal thread is Rp 3/4" — a standard size for many heating devices, boilers, and valves. Installation is quick and requires no welding or soldering: simply use the appropriate pressing tool, and the joint becomes hermetically sealed immediately.

The EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) gasket is resistant to high temperatures and long-term exposure to potable water and hot domestic water. It does not age or harden, ensuring the joint remains leak-free throughout the entire service life of the installation.

The 90° bend angle allows for smooth flow direction changes without sharp turns, reducing hydrodynamic resistance and minimizing the risk of pipe wall erosion. The entire unit features a one-piece construction — no welds, no bolted components, no failure points.
