90° Elbow with One Press-Fit Connection and One Threaded Connection

The fitting is made of stainless steel 316 (1.4401), ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments – ideal for water supply, heating, and sanitary installations supplying heat pumps or water reuse systems. Both connections are made from the same material grade, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion.

One connection is an SC-Contur press-fit sleeve – designed for pressing onto pipes with an outer diameter of 42 mm (DN 40 / 1½ inch). The second connection is a metric internal thread Rp 1½, allowing easy connection to valves, radiators, or other components with external threads. Both sides are sealed with an EPDM gasket – flexible, resistant to temperatures up to 95°C, and not subject to aging under the influence of potable or hot water.

The elbow angle is precisely 90°, enabling smooth flow direction changes without creating unnecessary resistance. The entire unit is one-piece – with no welds or additional assembly components, reducing the risk of leaks and simplifying installation.

Maximum working pressure: 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for most central heating and domestic hot water systems. It does not include an air vent or drain valve – it is a pure piping component.

Installation requires only the appropriate pressing tool – no soldering, gluing, or additional gaskets needed. The fitting is ready for operation immediately after pressing. For the installer: faster installation, fewer errors. For the end user: durability and no need for maintenance.
