Construction and materials

The connector is made entirely of stainless steel 1.4401, which guarantees its strength and resistance to aggressive chemicals. It is equipped with a flat EPDM seal, ensuring a tight connection. Sealing elements and a polygonal nut included in the set facilitate assembly and disassembly if necessary. Thanks to the use of stainless steel, the twin connector is particularly recommended for installations exposed to contact with water with increased chlorine content or other corrosive substances.

Application and compatibility

The Sanpress Inox twin connector is widely used in residential, commercial and industrial construction. It is compatible with stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 15 mm (1/2 inch) meeting the standards PN-EN 10088 and PN-EN 10312. It can be used in drinking water installations, underfloor heating and cooling systems. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C. The Sanpress Inox system is approved for use in accordance with DVGW GW 541 and W 534 standards.
