Construction and Practical Installation Guidelines

The product features two connections:

1. Connection 1 – Compression coupling with an outer pipe diameter of 54 mm (2 3/8 inches). A length of 77 mm ensures stable seating in large-diameter pipes.
2. Connection 2 – Compression coupling with an internal G 1 1/2 inch (40 mm) thread. The working length is 23.7 mm, allowing for precise fitting using standard wrenches (wrench size 5 mm).

Both elements are made of stainless steel, guaranteeing uniform mechanical strength and resistance to potable water and atmospheric factors.

Installation in a few steps:

• Clean the pipe surfaces according to the manufacturer's recommendations (degreasing).
• Apply the appropriate amount of EPDM sealing paste to the compression coupling.
• Insert the pipe to the specified depth (77 mm for the large diameter, 13 mm + 23.7 mm working depth for the small one).
• Tighten the nut (nickel-plated brass) thoroughly until full flat sealing is achieved.

Upon completion of the installation, the installer can immediately proceed to the pressure test – the double coupling withstands up to 85 bar, confirming its suitability for high-pressure systems.
