Copper Tee with EPDM Seals and SC-Contur System

Copper fitting with three crimp sleeves – one with a diameter of 22 mm and two with 15 mm. All connections are designed for assembly using the Profipress press tool, eliminating the need for soldering. EPDM rubber seals ensure hermetic tightness on the first crimp, requiring no additional adjustment or gaskets.

The SC-Contur system visually indicates whether the connection has been properly crimped: a green dot on the sleeve circumference becomes visible only after full press pressure is applied. This reduces the risk of installation errors, especially during fast installations or in hard-to-reach locations.

Application and Operating Conditions

Intended for potable water distribution systems where pH does not exceed 7.4 (for pH 7.0–7.4, TOC ≤ 1.5 mg/l is required). Operates safely at a maximum pressure of 16 bar and temperatures up to 110°C.

It can be used not only in water supply installations but also in:

• heating systems,
• fire protection systems,
• compressed air and inert gas pipelines,
• solar collectors,
• cooling systems,
• rainwater recovery networks,
• low-pressure steam installations (using FKM seals – not included in this model).

Installation and Reliability

No soldering, welding, or threading required. Installation takes only a few seconds – just the appropriate Profipress press tool is needed. The copper material is corrosion-resistant and does not affect water quality. EPDM seals remain stable under temperature and chemical exposure – they do not harden or crack under cyclic thermal loading.

All connections are in "raw state" – without protective coatings, ensuring direct metal-to-metal contact and maximum durability during crimping. No surface cleaning is required before installation – standard pipe preparation is sufficient.
