Copper Tee with EPDM Seals – Press-Fit Assembly, 35 x 35 x 28 mm

The Profipress series tee is a component of the press-fit system, designed for safe and durable connections of copper pipes in water supply, heating, and industrial installations. All three connections are press-fit sleeves—no threading, no soldering. The connection is made in a single press motion using a V-shaped contour, and its effectiveness is visible even before the system is filled: an improperly pressed component is visually identifiable thanks to the characteristic SC-Contour.

The seals are made of EPDM rubber (ethylene-propylene-diene), ensuring tightness at temperatures up to 110°C and a working pressure of up to 16 bar. The same material is used in all three connections, eliminating any risk of thermal or chemical incompatibility between seals. In practice, this means the tee is suitable for both domestic hot water and heating circuits with temperatures up to 100°C—without the need to replace any components.

The component is manufactured from pure copper in accordance with DIN EN 1057 and meets DVGW requirements (certificate DW-8511BQ0586). It is approved for use in drinking water installations according to the UBA Positive List and DVGW standard W 534, meaning it does not affect water quality and can be installed even in systems with the highest hygiene requirements.

Installation is possible both concealed (under and above plaster) and exposed. No additional tools are required beyond a press tool with a V-shaped contour, which reduces installation time and eliminates errors associated with soldering. The absence of open flame is an additional advantage when working in hard-to-reach areas or in existing buildings.

All three connections are identically designed for press technology: working lengths (25.75 mm / 21.75 mm / 35 mm) are adapted to standard copper pipes with diameters of 35 mm and 28 mm. There is no need to adjust pipe lengths—simply cut the pipe to the required length and insert it into the sleeve.
