Copper Tee with EPDM Seals and SC-Contur System

Tee fitting made of copper, designed for installation in hydraulic and heating systems. All three connections are press-fit sleeves – each is pressed onto a copper pipe with a specific outer diameter: 35 mm, 22 mm, and 28 mm. No threads, no screws – just press-fitting and a ready connection.

Seals made of EPDM rubber (ethylene-propylene-diene) ensure tightness even under temperature and pressure fluctuations. Their black color is not accidental: the SC-Contur system allows visual identification of unpressed connections during leak testing. If a connection is not properly crimped, the seal remains visible – it does not retract into the interior as in other systems. This is not an "additional feature" – it is a safety mechanism that eliminates the risk of leaks after installation.

Working pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C, maximum temperature up to 110°C – these parameters make this tee suitable for both classic heating installations and solar systems, compressed air, fire protection water, or cooling systems. There is no need to select it "for the future" – it performs reliably under these conditions right now.

Installation requires only a Profipress press tool – no additional tools, no welding. The connection is single-use but reliable. There is no need to check screws or apply adhesives – after pressing, you can proceed.

All components comply with DVGW W 534 standard (point 12.14), meeting requirements for forced leak detection. Water leak testing from 0.1 MPa to 0.65 MPa will detect any installation error – meaning fewer returns and fewer failures after project handover.

There is no surface coating. No paint. No chrome plating. The copper is used in its pure form – corrosion-resistant and ready for operation in closed systems.
