Copper Tee with Pressfitting Fittings – 35×35×22 mm
The fitting is made of Cu-DHP copper (CW024A), without coating – the surface remains in its raw state, ensuring purity and compatibility with systems requiring minimal surface treatment. All three connections are press-fit sleeves with a V-shaped contour, designed for use with copper pipes having outer diameters of 35 mm and 22 mm. Installation is performed using specialist presses – no soldering, welding, or threading is required.
All seals are made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), resistant to temperatures ranging from -25°C to 110°C, as well as to potable water, hot water, and heating systems. The seals are integrated into the design – no separate installation is needed, eliminating the risk of twisting or damaging them during assembly. The fitting is monolithic yet multi-component – meaning the elements are pre-assembled into a single unit before installation, eliminating the risk of losing parts during work.
The fitting operates safely at a maximum pressure of 16 bar at 20°C – this value also applies at the maximum allowable medium temperature. There are no restrictions on use in potable water, heating, or compressed air installations. It complies with DVGW, KIWA, and VdS standards – certifications confirm its suitability for sanitary and heating systems across Europe.
The working lengths of the connections (25.75 mm, 21.75 mm, and 40 mm) are adapted to standard pipe spacing – no additional pipe length adjustments are required during installation. The angle between branches is 90° – ideal for typical vertical or horizontal branchings. System pipe – meaning it is designed to work seamlessly with the entire Profipress system, without the need for additional adapters.
No threads, no nuts, no soldering. Installation is fast – one press with a specialist tool and the connection is immediately leak-tight. The same applies to the installer: fewer tools, fewer errors, less repair time. For the end user: no risk of leaks after years of operation, no corrosion on threads, no need for leak inspections.
