90° Cross Fitting with 22 mm and 15 mm Connections – Bronze, Glossy

A 90° cross-type fitting made of bronze, designed for installation in the Profipress system. It features four crimp sleeves: three with an outer diameter of 22 mm and one with a diameter of 15 mm. Each connection has a length of 50 mm, while the working length (crimp zone) is 27 mm for the 22 mm connections and 28 mm for the 15 mm connection, corresponding to the standard specification for copper pipes according to PN-EN 1057.

The seals are made of EPDM rubber (ethylene-propylene-diene) and ensure tightness at temperatures up to 110°C. They are not resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, gasoline, or turpentine, which limits their use in installations in contact with these substances.

The fitting is multi-component – it is not a single-piece casting but consists of several elements joined in a manner that ensures tightness and pressure resistance. There is no blind hole; all four connections are active and ready for connection.

The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at 20°C, making it safe for use in vertical, surface-mounted, and concealed installations. Compliant with DVGW W 534 and PN-EN 1057 standards, it is intended for potable water, heating, rainwater, compressed air, and inert gas installations.

Installation requires the use of specialized Profipress crimping tools. Only properly calibrated tools ensure a durable and safe connection. Regular inspection of the jaws at authorized service points is mandatory.
