Press-fitting adapter for brown threaded screw

The 2212 Sanpress fitting connects an SC-Contur system pipe with a BSPP-G gas internal thread (1 inch). This is a one-piece, reliable design intended for installation in water supply and heating systems where direct conversion between a press-fit system and a traditional threaded connection is required.

All components are made of bronze – both the press-fit section and the threaded section – ensuring material consistency and corrosion resistance. The EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene) gasket is durable, resistant to temperatures from -25°C to 110°C, and requires no additional sealing during installation. The fitting operates at pressures up to 16 bar at 20°C, meeting standards for pressurized systems.

Installation is simple: an SC-Contur pipe with an outer diameter of 22 mm is pressed onto one end, while the other end, featuring an internal thread, allows for the attachment of standard valves, radiators, or other components with a G 1'' thread. There is no need for rivets, adhesive, or additional gaskets – everything is integrated.

Certified by KIWA and VdS, it meets safety requirements for installations in residential and commercial buildings. A length of 52 mm ensures easy access during installation in tight spaces. There is no bend angle – this is a straight transition without rotation, ideal for straight runs.

Important note: do not use this component as a cap or valve. It is solely a transition connector – its function is flow, not regulation.
