Transition fitting from the Sanpress Inox system

The fitting is made of stainless steel 316 (1.4401) – both in the crimped and threaded sections – ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments, making it ideal for water supply, heating, and sanitary installations where long-term durability is required. The material does not require additional surface protection, and its shiny finish facilitates aesthetic inspection of the installation.

One side features a SC-Contur crimping sleeve with a pipe diameter of 35 mm – compatible with stainless steel pipes of the Sanpress system. The other side has a metric internal thread Rp 1¼ (32 mm), allowing direct connection to valves, radiators, or other components with external threads. No additional adapters or reducers are needed.

The seal made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) ensures tightness at pressures up to 16 bar at 20°C, and resistance to temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C. It is resistant to potable water, hot water, and cooling water – without risk of aging or loss of elasticity.

The fitting length is 60 mm, and the wrench size for thread installation is 46 mm – allowing easy tightening even in confined spaces. The 0° bend angle makes it a straight transition element – without flow deflection or deviation.

Crimp installation requires only standard Sanpress tools – no welding, threading, or use of pastes or tapes is necessary. Everything is done mechanically, quickly, and safely. The thread is precisely manufactured and does not require additional sealing – simply tighten until resistance is felt.

The fitting meets the requirements of the Sanpress Inox system and is approved by VdS – confirming its compliance with European safety standards for water installations.
