Wall-mounted connector with crimping and internal thread

This fitting is made of stainless steel and designed for installation in Sanpress systems. It has an arc shape, enabling smooth changes in flow direction while allowing compact wall mounting. Both ends have the same outer diameter of 28 mm, meaning it can be used both as a connector between a pipe and the installation and as a transition between two segments of the same system.

On one side – a crimping sleeve – enables safe and durable connection to the pipe via crimping. On the other side – an internal BSPP-G (Rp) 1-inch thread – allows easy connection to valves, radiators, or other components with external threads. The seal made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene) ensures tightness even under cyclic temperature and pressure changes; this material is resistant to potable water, heat, and chemical exposure.

The set includes a mounting flange, which facilitates secure attachment of the connector to the wall, eliminating movements and vibrations that could lead to material wear or leaks. The entire assembly is ready for installation without additional seals or pastes.

The working pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C makes it suitable for both heating systems and potable water installations, with no technical limitations under standard household loads. Compatibility with the Sanpress system means installation requires only a specialized crimping tool – no welding, threading, or adhesives are needed.

Installation must be carried out by a qualified person – as with any pressurized installation, safety depends on the correctness of the joint. No additional leak testing is required after installation – crimping creates a uniform metal-to-metal structure with an internal seal that functions as an "internal valve".
