Wall-mounted connector with SC-Contur – safe, reliable connection in water and heating installations

One-piece elbow made of stainless steel, designed for installation in Sanpress systems. The connection on one side is a press fitting (15 mm), and on the other – cylindrical gas internal thread BSPP-G (1/2"), allowing direct connection of valves, taps, or sanitary fittings without the need for additional adapters.

All components – both the fitting and the thread – are made of the same stainless steel, eliminating the risk of electrochemical corrosion and ensuring long-term resistance to moisture and aggressive environments. The internal surface is smooth, does not affect water quality, and meets requirements for potable water systems.

The kit includes an EPDM gasket – an elastomer with high resistance to temperature and chlorine. It operates safely with media up to 85°C, and its durability is certified by KIWA. The use of EPDM not only ensures tightness but also allows for multiple assembly and disassembly cycles without damaging the gasket – which is crucial during system testing.

A key feature is SC-Contur – a micro-groove on the surface of the fitting. After pressing the pipe, if the connection was not properly made, this contour remains visible. If it is not visible – the connection is tight and reliable. This is not only a diagnostic tool for the installer but also a guarantee for the end customer: no leaks even after years of operation.

Additionally equipped with a mounting flange, enabling permanent fixation to the wall or substrate. There is no need to additionally press the pipe or use brackets – everything is integrated into a single component. This reduces installation time and eliminates the risk of displacement or stress on the connection.

Operates at a maximum pressure of 16 bar at 20°C – sufficient for domestic systems, even under high pressure fluctuations. Compliant with standards for systems:

• cold and hot water supply
• underfloor heating
• air compressors
• rainwater systems

No welding, threading, or gluing required. Installation is performed using a standard pressing tool – fast, clean, and safe.
