Wall-mounted connector with crimping and internal thread
The fitting is made of stainless steel, designed for installation in Sanpress systems – both in water supply and gas installations. It features a one-piece construction with an elbow shape, allowing smooth changes in flow direction without the need for additional components.
On one side, it has a crimping sleeve – ready to be crimped onto a pipe with an outer diameter of 22 mm. On the other side, it features a gas internal thread BSPP-G (Rp 3/4"), enabling easy connection to valves, radiators, or other devices with external threads. Both connections are made from the same material, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion.
All connections are hermetically sealed thanks to an EPDM gasket – an elastomer resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +95°C and to water, steam, and gas. The gasket requires no additional lubrication or adjustment; proper crimping is sufficient.
The component is equipped with a mounting flange, allowing permanent fixation to a wall or substrate – eliminating movements and vibrations that could lead to material wear or leaks. Installation is simple: crimp one side, tighten the thread on the other – and the installation is complete.
A working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C ensures safety even in high-pressure systems, such as central heating or industrial installations. Compliant with standards for copper and steel piping systems – no welding or threading of the pipe is required.
