The VTS WING PRO W150 R1 EC air curtain is an advanced solution designed for effective protection against heat loss and maintaining comfort in industrial and commercial facilities. Equipped with a single-row water heat exchanger and an energy-saving EC motor, it provides high efficiency and low operating costs. The device is ideal for use in warehouses, production facilities, diagnostic stations, as well as in places with high traffic, such as shops or stations.

Construction and operating parameters

The WING PRO W150 R1 EC curtain is designed with versatility in mind – it can be installed both vertically and horizontally. Its width of 1556 mm and maximum mounting height of 7 meters allow it to be adapted to different types of door and gate openings. The performance level of 7300 m³/h guarantees an effective air barrier, minimizing heat loss and maintaining a stable temperature inside the room. The maximum power consumption of the heating elements is 58 kW, which allows for effective heating of the air stream. The EC motor ensures energy-saving operation, reducing electricity consumption.

However, it should not be used in aggressive environments (e.g. high ammonia concentration), which may cause corrosion of aluminum or copper.
