Water air curtain – effective protection against heat loss

The WING II W100 AC water air curtain is an efficient device designed for mounting above building entrances, providing effective protection against heat exchange, dust, odors, and insects. This model, finished in RAL7016 color, is perfect for commercial and industrial facilities where maintaining a comfortable temperature and hygiene is important. The device uses a three-speed AC motor and a water heat exchanger, allowing for efficient air heating and creating an invisible barrier.

Construction and application

The WING II W100 AC curtain is designed with versatility in mind. The ability to mount both vertically and horizontally, as well as in grouped configurations, makes it perfectly adaptable to different types of spaces and installation requirements. A width of 1000 mm makes it suitable for standard entrances. Thanks to the high air flow rate of 1850 m³/h and a range of up to 3.7 meters, it provides effective protection even with high traffic. It finds application in facilities such as airports, train stations, hospitals, universities, shops, and shopping centers – anywhere where maintaining a stable temperature and comfort is important.

Performance and technical parameters

The device offers adjustable heating power adapted to different weather conditions. With a water temperature of 90/70-20°C, the maximum heating power is 17 kW, and at 60/40-20°C – 4 kW. This allows you to optimize energy consumption and ensure adequate thermal comfort regardless of the season. Construction from high-quality galvanized steel guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the curtain is adapted to cooperate with an optional microprocessor controller enabling integration with BMS systems and cooperation with a door opening sensor for automatic device control.
