Water air curtains – effective protection and comfort
The WING II W150 AC water air curtain is an advanced solution designed to protect doorways and gate openings from incoming outside air. The device effectively maintains a constant temperature inside the room, reducing heat loss in winter and protecting against heat in summer. The construction based on a three-speed AC motor and an efficient water heat exchanger ensures optimal performance and reliability. The curtain is available in RAL7016 color, allowing it to be matched to the aesthetics of the interior.
Construction and application
The WING II W150 AC curtain has been designed with versatility in mind. The possibility of horizontal or vertical mounting (except for models with electric heaters) and a width of 1500 mm make it ideal for securing entrances in commercial facilities, warehouses, production halls, as well as in public buildings. Made of high-quality galvanized and powder-coated steel, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The water heat exchanger allows connection to the central heating installation, which translates into effective use of existing infrastructure and reduced operating costs.
Performance and technical parameters
The device is characterized by high air performance – as much as 3100 m³/h – which ensures an effective air barrier even with high traffic. The maximum mounting height is 3.7 meters, and the heating power is adapted to different temperature conditions: 10 kW at 60/40-20°C and 32 kW at 90/70-20°C. Thanks to this, the curtain provides thermal comfort throughout the year, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions. The heat exchange construction allows for full utilization of the heating agent's power, which translates into energy savings. Additionally, the ability to control the device using a dedicated controller (available separately) allows for precise adjustment of operating parameters to individual needs.
