Water fitting K5 – reliability and easy installation

The K5 C/Z water fitting PN10 16 is a key element of the Wavin Tigris system, designed for connecting pipes in hot and cold water installations. Made of polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU), it is characterized by high resistance to pressure and temperature, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. This is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users who value solid workmanship and ease of installation.

Construction and practical application

The fitting has clamping sleeves on both sides, allowing for quick and secure connection to pipes with a diameter of 16 mm (DN 12). Its simple one-piece construction minimizes the risk of leaks, and the presence of EPDM rubber seals guarantees tightness even under changing operating conditions. It can be used in installations with a maximum working pressure of up to 10 bar and a temperature of up to 70°C. This makes it suitable for domestic water installations, central heating systems and in public buildings.
