The K5 fitting c/w water PN10 32 is a reliable solution for connecting pipes in water systems, both in domestic and industrial installations. Made of high-quality polyphenylene sulfide (PPSU), it is characterized by exceptional resistance to corrosion, high temperatures and pressure. This guarantees long-lasting and safe operation. The use of this fitting is primarily for crimp connections in drinking water and central heating systems.

Construction and materials – the key to durability

The fitting is made of PPSU – a material with exceptional properties that make it resistant to mechanical, chemical damage and high temperatures. All fittings with internal threads are reinforced with high-quality lead-free DZR brass (CW 724R) threaded inserts, which ensures their strength and safety. Additionally, the presence of a support collar increases the stability of the connection. Seals made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EDPM) rubber ensure tightness and reliability.

The K5 fitting has an innovative Acoustic Leak Alert (acoustic leak detection) function. Each uncompressed fitting signals its presence with a loud whistle, which makes it easier to identify potential problems during installation and maintenance. This gives the installer confidence in a correct connection, and the end user can sleep soundly knowing that their installation is safe. The fitting has a DVGW quality mark for water and a KIWA certificate, which confirms its compliance with applicable standards and safety standards. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar at a temperature of up to 70°C. The working length of the connection is 9 mm on both the first and second sides. The nominal diameter of the connections is DN25, corresponding to an outer pipe diameter of 32 mm.
