Universal reduction fitting for Tigris M5 systems

The Tigris M5 reduction fitting with diameters of 32x25 mm is a reliable and durable solution for connecting pipes in water and heating installations. Made of brass, it provides corrosion resistance and long-lasting connection tightness. Its construction, based on proven crimping technology, guarantees easy and quick installation – both for experienced installers and for people performing renovation work independently.

This fitting allows you to change the pipe diameter from 32 mm to 25 mm, which is particularly useful when adapting existing installations or connecting devices with different connection diameters. Thanks to the use of EPDM rubber seals, the connection is completely sealed and resistant to the action of water and other media.

Construction and application

The Tigris M5 reduction fitting has two crimp sleeves – one at each end. This allows you to connect PEX pipes without the need for additional tools other than appropriate crimping jaws. The reduction model will be useful wherever a change in pipe diameter is required within the installation – from connections to radiators, through manifolds, to connections to sanitary devices. High tensile strength guarantees connection stability even under variable operating conditions.

The use of high-quality brass in the fitting construction translates into its durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Additionally, the presence of a retaining collar provides additional protection against the pipe being pulled out of the fitting during operation. The fitting is compatible with the Wavin Tigris K1/M1 and new Wavin Tigris K5/M5 systems, providing great flexibility in designing and modernizing installations. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar at a temperature of up to 70°C.
