Air-gas exhaust pipe for facade DN80/125, stainless steel / polypropylene 1000mm 2651658
Air-gas flue pipe for facade DN80/125, stainless steel / polypropylene 1000mm
The pipe is designed for facade mounting, where resistance to weather conditions and structural stability are required. It consists of a double-layer construction: an outer pipe made of stainless steel and an inner pipe made of polypropylene. Stainless steel ensures durability and corrosion resistance – particularly important for long-term exposure to rain, snow, and air pollutants. The inner polypropylene layer protects against the corrosive action of flue gases while minimizing heat loss due to low thermal conductivity.
Installation is simple – the pipe is 1000 mm long and ready for direct connection to a boiler or other heating unit with an air-gas flue system. The construction allows for installation independent of room air, meeting the requirements for modern ventilation systems with a sealed combustion chamber.
It is worth noting that such a configuration – stainless steel on the outside, PP on the inside – not only increases durability but also eliminates the risk of condensation inside the pipe. Polypropylene does not react with acids present in flue gases, and stainless steel does not degrade due to external moisture. This prevents failures resulting from blockage or material breakdown.
For the installer: no need for additional thermal insulation or protective covers – the construction is ready for facade mounting without extra steps. For the user: no need for frequent maintenance or pipe replacement – the system operates maintenance-free for years.
Compliant with requirements for type C ventilation systems (forced combustion) and intended for operation with flue gas temperatures up to 120 °C.
