Polypropylene flue pipe designed for installation in a shaft

The polypropylene pipe with a diameter of 80 mm is designed to convey flue gases from heating appliances in installations with independent air exchange. The maximum permissible operating temperature is 120°C, making it suitable for modern condensing boilers and heat pumps that operate at lower flue gas temperatures.

A length of 2000 mm allows flexible routing of flue gases to the ventilation shaft without the need to join multiple sections. The construction is ready for installation in a vertical shaft—it requires no additional fastening elements or gaskets, as it relies on the "plug & play" system typical of the Wolf Cob line.

The material—polypropylene—is resistant to the corrosive effects of flue gases as well as condensate. It does not rust, does not degrade due to moisture, and requires no maintenance. This is a key advantage compared to metal pipes, especially in residential building installations where access to the shaft is limited.

Installation is simple: components connect without tools, via snap-fit joints or threaded ends (depending on compatibility with other system components). Please note that this pipe is not intended for outdoor installation or for conveying flue gases under higher pressures—its application is strictly limited to internal ventilation ducts.

Compared to other solutions (e.g., steel), this pipe has lower weight and easier transport. It does not require thermal insulation—polypropylene itself absorbs minimal heat and does not cause condensation on the outer wall.

There is no need to use additional gaskets or adhesives—all connections are designed to be sealed during standard installation. For longer flue gas lines, it is advisable to use appropriate routing components (e.g., 45° or 87° elbows), which are available in the same series.
