The ASM-02 stairwell timer is a reliable solution for automatic lighting control in corridors, stairwells, or other places requiring temporary light switching after motion detection. The device is designed for mounting on a 35mm DIN rail and is characterized by its compact dimensions – it occupies only one module. Thanks to the anti-blocking function, it ensures smooth and trouble-free operation, eliminating the risk of damage in case of simultaneous pressing of several buttons.

Versatile application and functionality

This timer not only controls the lighting but can also be used as a time relay with delayed switching off. The light-on time is adjustable from 2 seconds to 10 minutes using a potentiometer on the housing, allowing it to be adapted to individual needs. A built-in LED indicates the power and relay operation status, making diagnostics and control easier.

The device operates at a rated voltage of 230V AC and a rated current of 16A, making it suitable for most standard electrical installations. It has an NO (normally open) contact with a load capacity of 16A / 250V AC1 (4000VA). The materials used ensure durability and resistance to environmental conditions – the operating temperature is from -20°C to +45°C, and the IP20 protection degree guarantees protection against contact. The timer meets the standards PN/EN 60669-1 and PN/EN 50581 and has CE, LVD, RoHS and WEEE certificates, confirming its safety and compliance with European standards. The device's power consumption is only 35mA. The maximum cross-section of connection wires is 2.5 mm².
