The Zehnder Terraline channel heater is an ideal solution for spaces where aesthetics and efficiency are paramount. Thanks to its design, this heater ensures even heat distribution while remaining nearly invisible within interior décor—particularly valuable in areas with large glazing, where it can function as an air curtain, minimizing heat loss.

The construction, based on a steel casing and a heat exchanger made of copper-aluminum combination, guarantees reliability and high performance. The Terraline heater operates via natural convection, resulting in silent operation and no disturbance to the surrounding environment. With a heating capacity of 786W (at ΔT=50°C), it ensures thermal comfort even on colder days. Note: Since April 2020, the grille must be ordered separately, allowing customization to match individual stylistic preferences.

Construction and Application

Terraline heaters consist of several key components: a steel casing coated with powder paint, a Cu-Al heat exchanger (copper tubes with aluminum fins), and a steel frame for the grille. The grille frame width is 215 mm, length 2200 mm, and height 90 mm. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, and the maximum operating temperature is 110°C.

Terraline channel heaters are widely applicable—from single-family homes and apartments to offices and public spaces. They perform exceptionally well in rooms with large windows or storefronts, where traditional radiators might obstruct daylight access. The ability to connect multiple units into longer runs and customize dimensions allows perfect adaptation to non-standard spaces.

The key element influencing the heater’s appearance is the choice of decorative grille—available in numerous patterns and colors (ordered separately). Options include aluminum (rolled or linear), wooden, or stainless steel grilles, enabling seamless integration with any interior style. Additionally, decorative frames made of anodized aluminum are available in natural finish or matched to the selected grille.
