The Zehnder Terraline channel heater is the ideal solution wherever aesthetics and efficiency matter. Its design allows for nearly complete concealment of the heating system, leaving visible only the elegant frame and grille. This is especially important in spaces with large glazing, where the heater can function as an air curtain, minimizing heat loss.

The Terraline heater consists of a zinc-coated and powder-coated steel casing and a heat exchanger made of copper-aluminum combination—ensuring rapid heating and efficient heat distribution. The UN-09-34/1000mm model, with a power output of 405W (according to EN 442 standard at ΔT=50°C), performs excellently in spaces requiring precise and comfortable heating.

Design and Application

Zehnder Terraline is not only about aesthetics but also thoughtful engineering. The Cu-Al heat exchanger guarantees a fast response to temperature changes, translating into energy savings. The heater operates silently and invisibly, while its versatility enables installation in various interiors—from modern apartments to offices and public buildings. The ability to connect multiple units into a single continuous run and to manufacture custom sizes further expands its application range.

Note that the grille for the Terraline heater is supplied separately, allowing customization to match individual interior styles. Available grilles include aluminum (corrugated or linear), wooden, and stainless steel options. Additionally, the decorative frame is available in several colors and shapes (J or L), enabling perfect alignment with flooring and interior décor. Maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, and maximum operating temperature is 110°C.
