Zehnder Terraline Channel Heaters – Discreet Thermal Comfort

The Zehnder Terraline channel heater is the ideal solution for those who value both aesthetics and functionality. Thanks to its design, this heater seamlessly integrates into interior décor, leaving visible only the elegant aluminum frame and grille (available for separate order). This subtle approach ensures thermal comfort, particularly in spaces with large glazing, where it creates an effective air curtain.

The Terraline heater utilizes natural convection to distribute heat, resulting in quiet and efficient heating. Its construction, based on a steel casing and a heat exchanger made of aluminum-copper composite, guarantees durability and reliability. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, with a working temperature of 110°C—parameters ensuring safe and long-term operation. A heating output of 530W (at ΔT=50°C) enables effective room heating.

Construction and Application

The Zehnder Terraline consists of several key components: a steel casing coated with powder paint, a Cu-Al heat exchanger (copper tubes with aluminum fins), and a decorative frame made of anodized aluminum. This combination of materials ensures high efficiency and longevity. Terraline heaters are available in various lengths (including this model at 1200 mm) and can be connected in series to form longer runs, offering great design flexibility. Custom sizing is also possible, allowing perfect adaptation to the specific needs of any interior.

Note: Since April 2020, the grille for the Terraline heater must be ordered separately. Various grille types are available—linear or rolled—made from aluminum, stainless steel, or wood, enabling seamless matching with interior style. Additionally, decorative frames of type J or L (so-called “parquet overlay”) are available, allowing aesthetically pleasing installation, especially on wooden floors.
