The Zehnder Terraline channel heater is the ideal solution wherever aesthetics and efficiency matter. Thanks to its design, this heater integrates seamlessly into interior décor, leaving visible only the elegant frame and selected grille. It offers a subtle way to ensure thermal comfort, particularly in spaces with large glazing, where it creates a pleasant air curtain.

Zehnder Terraline utilizes natural convection to distribute heat, resulting in quiet and efficient operation. The construction, based on a steel casing and a heat exchanger made of copper-aluminum combination, ensures durability and reliability. These heaters are designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of 110°C, guaranteeing safe usage.

Construction and Application

The heater consists of a zinc-coated and powder-coated steel casing, along with a Cu-Al heat exchanger (copper tubes and aluminum fins). This material combination delivers high heating efficiency in relatively compact dimensions. Terraline heaters are suitable for both residential and commercial buildings—from single-family homes to offices and conference rooms. The wide range of available lengths (from 800 mm to 4800 mm) and the possibility of connecting multiple units into longer runs allow for perfect customization to individual room requirements.

Note: Since April 2020, grilles for Zehnder Terraline heaters must be ordered separately. Available options include linear and rolled aluminum grilles, as well as models in stainless steel or wood-effect finishes, enabling full aesthetic personalization. Additionally, decorative J- and L-type frames are available to match various floor types.
