The ZETKAMA fig. 497B gate valve with a nominal diameter of DN40 is a shut-off element designed to regulate and cut off the flow of media in industrial, heating, marine and energy installations. Made of durable cast iron GGG 40, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in demanding conditions. The pressure class PN 16 guarantees safe operation in systems with increased working pressure.

Construction and application

The gate valve is characterized by a flanged connection, which facilitates installation and removal in existing installations. The EPDM seal ensures high tightness, minimizing the risk of leaks. The gate valve disc material – cast iron – provides durability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the leakage class A (according to EN 12266-1) and compliance with the EN 558 standard regarding the installation length, the ZETKAMA gate valve is perfect for new and modernized systems. Coating with epoxy paint RAL5002 (150 microns) provides additional protection against external factors.
