The 821A mesh filter is a reliable solution for trapping impurities in water, steam and industrial technology installations. Construction and characteristic features

The filter construction is based on a body made of GG 25 (GJL-250) cast iron, which guarantees corrosion resistance and high pressure. The stainless steel filter cartridge effectively stops mechanical impurities, protecting sensitive installation elements from damage. Flanged connection facilitates installation and integration with the existing piping system – flanges are drilled according to EN 1092-2 standard. The filter’s built-in length meets the requirements of EN 558-1 series 1 standard. Tests and studies conducted in accordance with EN-12266-1 standard confirm its high quality and safety of use.

The filter is made of grey cast iron, which ensures its durability and resistance to environmental conditions. The stainless steel filter cartridge effectively removes mechanical impurities. The filter cover is secured with screws, which facilitates access to the cartridge during cleaning or replacement. The filter is adapted to work in installations with medium working pressure – pressure class PN 16. Possibility of use in installations with elevated medium temperature – operating temperature up to 300°C. Mesh eye with a density of 1 mm (45 eyes/cm²) ensures effective filtration of typical impurities. Meets the requirements of standards: EN-12266-1, EN 1092-2, EN 558-1, which guarantees safety and reliability of operation.

This filter is available in a nominal diameter of DN40, making it an ideal solution for installations with medium throughput. Thanks to its compact design, the filter takes up little space and is easy to install even in tight spaces.
