This freestanding mast on a tripod, 2500 mm high and made of stainless steel, is a key element of a lightning protection system. It serves to directly intercept lightning strikes and safely discharge the current to the down conductor network, minimizing the risk of damage to buildings and equipment. Construction and Application

The mast is supplied complete with a stainless steel needle, a concrete counterweight, washers, and a connector for the conductor. The use of high-quality materials guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh weather conditions. The tripod construction provides stability and ease of installation. Designed for use in lightning protection systems of class I.

The mast has been tested in accordance with PN-EN 62651-1, which confirms its effectiveness in protecting against lightning strikes. The connecting elements of the mast are able to transfer an impact current of up to 200kA – this is confirmed by SEP - BBJ Lublin certificates. This is crucial for ensuring safety in facilities requiring the highest level of protection. The materials used – stainless steel, galvanized steel, concrete and plastic – ensure durability and corrosion resistance. The height of the mast is 2500 mm, which is an optimal value for effective protection of the object. The foundation diameter of 1040 mm guarantees the stability of the structure even in strong winds (wind zones PL I, II, III). Additional load in the form of 3 weights of 24 kg each increases the stability of the mast. The mast is compatible with round and flat conductors with a diameter of Ø8-10 mm. Its weight is 78.2 kg – a solid construction guarantees long-term use.
