This freestanding mast on a tripod, with a height of 4000 mm, is a key element of the lightning protection system. Designed to protect buildings and installations from the effects of lightning strikes, it effectively conducts electric current to the ground, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring safety. It is ideal for both new construction and modernization of existing installations.

Design and application

The mast made of stainless steel, combined with a concrete ballast and mats, guarantees stability and long-lasting protection. The set includes all the necessary elements for correct assembly: a stainless steel needle, a concrete ballast, mats, and a connection for the grounding conductor. It is used to protect equipment and metal roof elements from the effects of lightning strikes, taking over the direct electrical charge and leading it to the down conductor network.

Safety confirmed by certificates

The mast has been tested in accordance with the PN-EN 62651-1 standard, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards. The connecting elements of the mast are able to transfer an impact current of up to 200kA – this parameter has been confirmed by a certificate from SEP - BBJ Lublin. Thanks to this, the mast meets the requirements of Class I lightning protection, providing the highest level of safety for the protected objects.
