Design and application

The mast consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel structure embedded in a durable concrete foundation with dimensions of 250x250x1000 mm and a weight of 100 kg. This combination of materials guarantees stability and long-lasting corrosion protection. The mast is designed for use in areas with different wind zones (I, II, III) and allows for the protection of even a group of tall objects. The possibility of mounting conductors with a diameter of up to 40 mm and an M16 screw (tightening torque 170-230 Nm) ensures easy integration with existing lightning protection systems.

Safety and durability

The mast's structure has been calculated according to the Ultimate Limit States with a safety factor of 1.4. This means that it can withstand strong wind loads up to 10°(B), qualifying it for use in Class I lightning protection. This is crucial for ensuring the maximum safety of the protected objects. The weight of the mast itself is 18 kg. It is worth remembering that the hot-dip galvanizing process may involve the occurrence of technological holes – this is normal and does not affect the functionality of the product.
