Internal 90° Arc Cover – Protection and Installation Durability

The internal 90° arc cover is an installation system component designed to protect cables from mechanical damage. Particularly useful in high-risk environments such as highly dusty areas. Constructed from steel, it provides robust protection and long-term reliability. Its dimensions—300 mm width and 300 mm length—allow compatibility with most standard installations.

Materials and Construction

The cover is available in various material variants, enabling customization to specific operating conditions and project requirements:

• Sendzimir zinc-coated steel (S): Standard version, compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Offers good corrosion resistance.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Enhanced corrosion resistance due to thicker zinc coating (compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02). Ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
• Painted (L): Option to paint in any RAL color, allowing aesthetic integration with the surrounding environment.
• Stainless steel (E): Maximum corrosion resistance and suitability for extreme conditions; ideal for food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries.

Sheet thickness is 2.0 mm, ensuring mechanical strength and resistance to deformation.
