It performs reliably in installations in highly dusty environments as well as under standard conditions. Its robust construction from 2.0 mm thick steel ensures durability and resistance to loads.

Materials and Construction

The cover is manufactured from steel, guaranteeing strength and long-term use. Custom options available upon request include: hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), powder coating in RAL color palette, or stainless steel construction. Selecting the appropriate material allows the cover to be tailored to specific environmental and aesthetic requirements. Steel galvanized by the Sendzimir process (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) is the standard solution providing excellent corrosion protection.

Installation and Compatibility

When ordering the cover alone, it is essential to specify the symbol or catalog number of the matching 90° internal bend fitting. This ensures perfect fit and proper functioning of the entire system. The cover is designed for use with 90° internal bends having a width of 500 mm and length of 500 mm. As a result, the installation is not only safe but also aesthetically pleasing and neatly organized.
