Internal 90° Arc Cover – Robust Cable Protection

This cover is designed for the 90° internal arc of the H50 PLZWC600H50 system, providing reliable protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors. Its design ensures a tight seal, minimizing dust and dirt accumulation within the installation. This solution is ideal for both professional installers and end users who prioritize long-term cable system performance.

Durable Materials and Construction

The cover is manufactured from steel, ensuring high resistance to loads and corrosion. The material thickness of 2.5 mm guarantees sufficient rigidity and structural durability. Standardly, the cover is hot-dip galvanized (F) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 — a process providing effective anti-corrosion protection.

Upon request, a version made from stainless steel (E) is available, ideal for environments with heightened hygiene requirements or exposure to aggressive chemicals. Additionally, the cover can be powder-coated in any color from the RAL palette (L), allowing seamless integration with the surrounding aesthetics.

Please note that each cover includes technological holes that are an integral part of the hot-dip galvanizing process. When ordering the cover alone, specify the symbol or catalog number of the fitting it is intended to match — this ensures correct selection and compatibility with existing installations. The cover length is 2000 mm.
