The KKL100H42 Elbow is a professional component of cable tray systems, enabling a precise 90° change in the direction of electrical installation routing. It is used in industrial, commercial, and residential installations where maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of the cable management system is required.

The element has been designed for seamless integration with existing cable tray systems with a width of 100 mm and a height of 42 mm. Its design allows for smooth cable route routing without the need for additional connectors or auxiliary elements.

Construction and materials

The elbow is made of Sendzimir galvanized steel in accordance with the PN-EN 10346:2015-09 standard, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term durability. A sheet thickness of 0.7 mm provides optimal structural rigidity while maintaining ease of installation.

The surface of the element has undergone a hot-dip galvanizing process, creating an effective protective barrier against atmospheric and environmental factors. This makes the elbow suitable for both indoor and outdoor conditions.

The design features side and bottom mounting perforations, which allow for free airflow around the routed conductors and facilitate the installation process. The mounting holes are precisely positioned, ensuring a stable connection with the rest of the system.

Installation and system compatibility

The elbow is installed using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, which should be selected according to the type of substrate and installation conditions. The perforation system allows for flexible adjustment of fastening points to the specifics of a particular installation.

The element is compatible with all components of the KKL series, allowing for the creation of comprehensive cable routing solutions without the risk of dimensional or material incompatibility. In case of unusual design requirements, it is possible to order elements with non-standard dimensions a and b (e.g., KK…200/100H...).

The elbow meets European standard requirements regarding electrical safety and holds the CE certificate, confirming its compliance with current technical regulations for electrical equipment intended for professional use.
