Cable tray elbow – a solid connection and flexible route

This is a 90° elbow designed for cable management systems, made of steel with a thickness of 0.7 mm. It is used to change the direction of cable routing, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining order in the installation. Its construction, based on an integrated connector, guarantees connection stability and reliability.

The KKL50H42 elbow is compatible with cable trays with a width of 50 mm and a height of 42 mm. Side and bottom perforations facilitate mounting with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, giving installers great freedom to adapt to specific conditions. The ability to adjust the bending angle allows for precise adaptation to existing infrastructure.

Durability and protection – materials and safeguards

Made of steel, the elbow is standardly hot-dip galvanized, which provides high corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection against external factors. Versions made of stainless steel or with a painted coating in a selected RAL color are also available, allowing it to be adapted to the aesthetics of the surroundings. It is worth remembering that this model does not have a certificate of the E30/E90 fire resistance system.

Installation and additional information

For orders requiring specific dimensions (e.g. a=200mm and b=100mm), they should be specified in the order symbol (KK…200/100H...). This solution allows you to obtain an elbow perfectly tailored to individual project needs.
