Materials and workmanship
The bend is available in various material versions, tailored to specific project requirements:
- Sendzimir galvanized steel (S): Standard execution compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09 – an economical solution for most applications.
- Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Available on request, provides higher corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions (compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02).
- Stainless steel (E): Also available on request – ideal for applications requiring the highest corrosion resistance, e.g. in the chemical or food industry.
- Powder coating (L): Possibility of powder coating in any color from the RAL palette on request – allows you to match the bend to the aesthetics of the surroundings.
The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, which guarantees adequate stiffness and strength of the structure.
Installation and functionality
The LUNJ100H50 bend is characterized by simple installation – it is mounted with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. It can function as both an external and internal bend, increasing its versatility. Additionally, it allows the tray with a cover to be inserted, which facilitates cable routing and provides additional protection. Changing the direction of the cable route becomes quick and easy.
