Construction and mounting
The LUNJ100H60 bend is characterized by a solid construction – the sheet metal thickness is 1.0 mm, which ensures stability and durability. Mounting is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, guaranteeing a secure and durable connection with the remaining elements of the cable tray system. The ability to slide the tray with a cover facilitates cable routing and provides additional protection. The bend can function both externally and internally, adapting to the specifics of the installation.
Materials and compliance with standards
The bend is standardly made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), providing corrosion resistance. On request, a version made of hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel is also available, as well as the possibility of painting in the standard RAL palette. The product meets the E-90 function, which means its usefulness in installations requiring maintaining circuit continuity during a fire.
