The outer arc cover with a 90° angle is a reliable solution for protecting cable installations against mechanical damage and environmental factors. Designed for use with the H100 cable tray system, it provides not only robust protection but also an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Constructed from steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance.

The cover effectively shields cables from dirt, dust, and moisture, extending the lifespan of the wiring and enhancing operational safety. Materials and Construction

The cover is manufactured from immersion-zinc-coated steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), ensuring high corrosion resistance and long-term protection of the installation. An optional version in stainless steel (upon request) and a powder-coated finish in any RAL color (upon request) are available, allowing customization to meet specific project requirements. Each cover includes technological holes, essential elements of the immersion zinc coating process.

Additionally, an optional lockable cover is available for enhanced security against unauthorized access to cables. The cover width is 300 mm, making it ideal for various types of electrical installations. The weight of a single unit is approximately 2.13 kg, facilitating transport and installation.
