External Arc Cover – Robust Protection for Cable Installations

This steel cover, specifically designed for 90° external arcs, provides reliable protection for cables against mechanical damage and environmental influences. Designed for use with the H100 PLZZP400H100 system, it ensures tightness and prevents dust and dirt accumulation within the installation. This cover is essential for both new installations and modernization of existing cable networks.

Design and Materials

The cover is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), guaranteeing high corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The sheet thickness is 1.5 mm, ensuring adequate mechanical strength. Optional versions are available in stainless steel (upon request) or with a paint coating in a selected RAL color, allowing customization to meet specific project requirements.

Note that the technological holes present in each cover are an integral part of the hot-dip galvanizing process and do not negatively affect the product’s functionality. The cover width is 100 mm and its length is also 100 mm, making it ideal for standard cable system applications. Thanks to precise manufacturing, the cover fits perfectly onto the arc, ensuring complete cable protection.
