The external 90° arc cover is a component of the BAKS cable tray system, designed to protect and provide an aesthetic finish to installations. Made of steel, it safeguards against mechanical damage and reduces dust and dirt accumulation inside the channel. Its primary function is to securely seal the external 90° arc, which is especially critical in areas subject to heavy use or harsh environmental conditions.

This cover is compatible with the H50 PLZZP500H50 fitting, forming a unified assembly. Its dimensions—width and length of 500 mm—match the standard sizes of H50 system components, simplifying installation design and assembly. The 1.5 mm sheet thickness ensures strength and resistance to deformation.

Design and Installation

The cover is engineered for simple installation. It features technological holes essential for hot-dip galvanizing, while also enabling easy attachment to the fitting. This allows for rapid installation without requiring specialized tools. Additionally, upon request, the cover can be ordered in stainless steel (designation "E") or painted in any RAL color (designation "L"), allowing customization to meet specific project requirements and aesthetic preferences.
