External 90° Arc Cover

This steel arc cover, designed for a 90° radius, is intended to protect cables in electrical installations. Its use in areas exposed to mechanical damage or highly dusty environments ensures extended service life and enhanced reliability of the cabling. The cover fits fittings with dimensions 300 mm x 300 mm.

Construction and Materials

The cover is manufactured from steel, ensuring strength and corrosion resistance. Various material options are available to meet specific installation requirements:

• Sendzimir-zinc-coated steel (S): Standard version, compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Offers superior corrosion resistance, compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 – available on request.
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for aggressive environments – available on request.
• Painting (L): Option to paint the cover in any RAL color – available on request.

Sheet thickness is 2.0 mm, ensuring robustness and durability.

Installation and Compatibility

When ordering the cover alone, it is essential to specify the catalog number or symbol of the fitting it is intended to match, ensuring perfect fit and proper functionality. The cover is designed for mounting on external 90° cable arcs.

This cover does not provide fire resistance performance (no E30 or E90 rating).
