Adjustable elbow for cable trays – flexible installation routing

This elbow allows changing the direction of the cable route by 90 degrees. Its adjustable design allows precise adaptation to installation needs, and mounting the cable trays inside the fitting ensures stability and an aesthetic appearance. Made of steel, it guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Construction and mounting

The elbow is designed for cable trays with a width of 100 mm and a height of 60 mm. Mounting is done using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws – a simple solution that does not require specialized tools. Angle adjustment in the range of 0 to 90 degrees allows adaptation to the specifics of the installation, even in hard-to-reach places.

Materials and workmanship

Standardly, the elbow is made of galvanized steel using the Sendzimir method (marked S), in accordance with PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Versions are also available to order:

* Steel galvanized by immersion (F): provides higher corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions (according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02). * Stainless steel (E): ideal for applications requiring the highest corrosion resistance, e.g. in the food or chemical industry. * Painting in RAL color palette (L): allows matching the color of the fitting to the surroundings or the color scheme of the installation. Sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, which translates to a solid construction.
