Adjustable elbow for cable trays – flexible installation routing
This elbow allows changing the direction of the cable route by 90 degrees, providing flexibility in the design and installation of electrical installations. The design allows adjusting the angle from 0 to 90 degrees, which facilitates adaptation to specific conditions on the construction site. This is particularly useful in situations where the cable route must bypass obstacles or adapt to existing infrastructure.
The elbow is made of steel, which guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Various material options are available: galvanized steel by Sendzimir method (standard), hot-dip galvanized steel on request, stainless steel on request, and the possibility of painting in a standard RAL palette (also on request). Choosing the right material allows adapting the elbow to the prevailing environmental conditions and project requirements.
Installation and compatibility
The elbow is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. Cable trays are mounted inside the fitting, ensuring a stable and secure connection. The elbow is designed for cable trays with a width of 50 mm and a height of 60 mm. The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm – a solid construction that will withstand loads during operation.

Material selection – what you should know:
Sendzimir galvanized steel (S) - PN-EN 10346:2015-09 standard provides good protection against corrosion in typical environmental conditions. Hot-dip galvanized steel (F) - PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02 standard is characterized by higher corrosion resistance than Sendzimir galvanized steel and is recommended in aggressive environments (e.g., humid, exposed to salt). Stainless steel (E) provides the highest corrosion resistance, ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions (e.g., chemicals, high humidity).
