The inner arc cover with a 45° angle is a dedicated component for metal conduits, providing effective protection of cables against mechanical damage and external environmental factors. Manufactured from steel, it forms an integral part of the installation system, ensuring safety and durability. Design and application

This cover is designed to protect inner arcs with a 45-degree radius. Its dimensions—100 mm width and 100 mm length—allow for perfect compatibility with standard BAKS metal conduits. A sheet thickness of 2.0 mm ensures adequate rigidity and resistance to loads. The technological holes present on each cover are a result of the hot-dip galvanizing process and do not affect the product’s functionality.

Material and additional options

Standardly, the cover is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02), ensuring high corrosion resistance. Stainless steel versions are also available (upon request), as well as options for painting in any RAL color (upon request), allowing customization to meet specific project requirements and aesthetic preferences.
