Protection and Aesthetics of Cable Installations

The internal 45° arc cover is a component of the cable tray system, providing effective protection for cables against mechanical damage and environmental influences. Made of steel, it offers a robust and durable safeguard for electrical installations. Its use minimizes the risk of failures caused by accidental impact or external factors.

The cover not only protects but also ensures an aesthetic appearance of the installation. Its sealed closure reduces dust and dirt accumulation inside the tray, extending cable lifespan and lowering the risk of connection issues.

Design and Materials

The cover, with dimensions of 200 mm in width and length, is manufactured from steel. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm ensures adequate mechanical strength. Standardly, the cover is hot-dip galvanized in accordance with PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02, providing excellent corrosion resistance. Optional versions are available in stainless steel or with a painted finish in standard RAL colors – available on request.

It is important to note that each cover includes technological holes that are an integral part of the hot-dip galvanizing process. When ordering the cover, ensure compatibility with the specific tray profile – it is recommended to provide its symbol or catalog number.

Application and Compatibility

This cover is designed for use with 45° bent cable trays. It is suitable for industrial, commercial, and public building installations, ensuring safe and organized cable routing under various environmental conditions.
